Court Bouillon - 500g

A gentle, aromatic blend of hand-harvested Guérande sea salt (90%) and 10% organic aromatics — onions, parsley, pepper, thyme, chives, fennel, ginger, leeks and carrots. Use as a vegan vegetable stock or court bouillon to delicately flavour pasta, soups, sauces, curries and roasts. Simply add 1 tsp per litre of cooking liquid. Certified organic, no additives.
